Fukushima Daiichi in Black and White


TEPCO has changed the lighting or the filter on the TEPCO 4 webcam, as illustrated in these screenshots below.

I'm not sure what causes the color shift or even whether its a significant observation.

However, given the relatively high emissions that have been visible recently, I thought it worthy of documentation.

    Might catch more system restarts when the color filter goes away. Thanks for posting, will be watching for these color drops or shifts. Glad you're still posting webcam observations.

    2. Yes, in the early days when the zoom was less, bright light in that area. It is brighter than other work lights I've seen directed at the cams. TBS-JNN used to show very bright lights like that.
